Performing your duty for long periods of time

spiritually fit.

- Ensure the needs (food,
clothing, shelter and
safety) of those under your
care are
met before
your own needs; share the spotlight.

stressful
or dangerous
situations; take control of your
emotions,

for your
actions.

Know your job, equipment, your troops

limits.

true to your troops, unit, family, friends,

back the decisions of those in charge;

anyone; maintain confidences.

everything you do with great
vigor.
