| Description: | MEET AT 1PM on SUNDAY AUGUST 1st at the Detachment.
We will complete any necessary paperwork (hold harmless form and medical paperwork) as well as collect payments for the trip. After the paperwork is taken care of, we will pack up and take your kids away for a week of fun.
MINIMUM PACKING LIST:
-Travel in Blue Jean Shorts/Red National Shirt (If you don't have one yet, wear any shirt...red preferred)
-Black/Tan PT
-Red/Gray PT
-Any other YM PT Gear (for the older YM's who may have different colored PT gear)
-Solid Color shorts/tshirts for the rest of the week..bring enough shirts for 7 days.
-Long pants/jeans/cammie bottoms if you are going to participate in the ropes course.
-We will was shorts one day during the week.
-socks/underwear for the week
-Bathing Suit
-2 towels (one for shower and one for the pool)
-flip flops
-flashlight
-sunscreen
-bug spray
-powder (for feet and chafing)
-sleeping bag
-hygeine kit (toothbrush/paste, soap, shampoo, deodorant)
-rain gear (poncho, light jacket)
-water bottle/camelbak
That is the minimum. Any other personal items are acceptable. If you want to bring your ipod or little game boy type equipment, that is fine but we can't be held responsible if they get broken or lost.
Items not allowed:
Knives
Boom Boxes (big radios)
Snack Foods (the critters will come into your tent and get whatever you have stashed away...they did last year)
Medication that has not been turned into the unit staff.
Any article of clothing with inappropriate pictures or slogans |
